Items purchased through SugarSkulls may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase, excluding Sale items.

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at sales@sugarskulls.com.au inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.

Please ensure all items sent back are unwashed, unworn and unused items in original condition Please keep in mind that the item you’re shipping back should present no evidence of wear. This includes NO: deodorant stains, smoke or perfume scents, animal fur, rips or tears, stains of any kind, makeup on collars, etc. Also, please don’t send articles of clothing back to us balled up in a clump of wrinkles. We’ll send it out nicely to you, so please send it back nicely to us:)

SugarSkulls reserves the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or does not meet the criteria above.

If you have requested a refund we will notify you via email once your item arrives back and your refund has been processed.
